Philip Zabel, P.G.

Mr. Philip Zabel has over 20 years of experience in the environmental service industry.  He has significant experience in due diligence assessments for a variety of property types and the needs and requirements of a varied number of reporting standards, including ASTM standards, EPA’s All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI), and customized client formats.  Specifically, Mr. Zabel has performed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Subsurface Investigations, NEPA Environmental Assessments, Vapor Encroachment Screens, Remediation Design and Oversight, Asbestos Inspections, Lead-based Paint Inspections, Air Monitoring, Radon Studies and Lead-in-water sampling.

Mr. Zabel has experience on varied property types including dry cleaners, 
service stations, lumber yards, retail shopping centers, commercial offices, warehouse buildings, brownfields, industrial facilities, multi-tenant and single family residential buildings, railroad yards, airports, and vacant parcels.
